privacy

privacy, in plain words.

oncaly is pre-launch. the only thing running on this site is a waitlist — so this page is short, and it covers everything.

what we collect

your email address when you join the waitlist. optionally, your answers to a short survey (current on-call tool, team size, interest in metrics, your biggest on-call pain). nothing else — no account, no payment data, no cookies for tracking.

why we collect it

solely to confirm your spot and to write to you when your early-access slot opens. no marketing emails, ever. you get one confirmation email when you sign up, and we’ll reach out about access — that’s the whole list.

who processes it

  • resend (Resend, Inc.) stores the waitlist and delivers our emails. data may be processed in the US under standard contractual clauses.
  • plausible gives us cookieless, anonymous page analytics — it never sees your email or any personal data.

how long we keep it

until oncaly launches and the waitlist is dissolved, or until you ask to be removed — whichever comes first.

your rights

you can be removed, ask what we hold about you, or have it corrected at any time: reply “remove” to any email from us, or write hey@oncaly.com. we act on it promptly — there is no retention scheme, no “30 business days” runaround.

who’s responsible

oncaly (pre-launch). data controller contact: hey@oncaly.com — an engineer answers, not a sales line.
